What to book?
All appointments are fully tailored to your requirements.
We combine therapies, techniques and modalities to deliver the best possible treatment for YOU.
All suitable approaches will be fully discussed with you before being carried out so you understand the intention, desired outcome and any possible after effects.
If it's your first visit, simply select 'FIRST APPOINTMENT'. You will receive a full consultation and initial treatment. From there we will discuss the best route forward for you.
All following appointments remain the same cost. £65 for 50 minutes, £80 for 90 minutes.

50 Minute appointments
At Essex Sports Massage you pay for our undivided attention during your allotted appointment time.
50 minutes allows us as much 'hands on' time as possible and communication.

An extended session for multiple focus points, or simply, the recommended time allocation for a full body 'MOT'.
Clients that have monthly 90 minute appointments highly recommend to everyone.
